This is our #1 service, and for good reason. People are amazed at the amount they are overcharged, and this offers immediate results. We will negotiate the best possible rates for you, and present you with our recommendations.

Fee Structure:

We offer two different options, and either one can be tailored to fill your specific requirements.

a. Gain Sharing This option requires no up-front fee and is based strictly on the freight savings that we generate for your company. There is no fee unless we get money for you!

b. Hourly Consulting This option is very popular with customers for specific projects such as bid packages and traffic process improvements. Also, our services can be offered on a retainer basis. We can act as your traffic manager and save your company the cost of on-going wages and benefits. Professional service at a fraction of the cost of a full-time traffic manager!

2. Routing Guides:

Shipments are often misdirected to the wrong carriers; resulting in thousands of dollars wasted annually. Let us create inbound and outbound routing guides for your purchasing, customer service, and shipping departments to ensure that you are using the right carriers for every shipment.

3. Truckload Services:

Truckload capacity is tight; and finding the right piece of equipment, at the right price, is becoming a challenge for many companies. As a full service logistics company, we have the resources to find the equipment that you need. We offer truckload van, flatbed, and bulk services.

4. Freight bill audit and payment:

Outsourcing this function really just makes sense. To perform this function internally within your company, and do it right, costs you an average of $8-$12 per freight invoice. We have the systems and people in place to perform this function efficiently at a fraction of this cost.

We also offer auditing of the on-time deliveries of your UPS & FedEx shipments. We will file claims for late shipments with UPS & FedEx to recover money for your company. Our fees for this service are based solely on the money that we recover. It costs nothing upfront.
