Bill Shoaf, our Managing Principal, and President and CEO of the Shoaf Group, has over 30 years of diverse logistics experience in the Fortune 500 dealing with consumer and industrial product concerns including the management of 3rd party dedicated trucking operations, domestic and international contracted warehousing of dry bulk and liquid storage; managing all transportation for a leading chemical manufacturer, several corporate trucking fleets, picking, packing and shipping operations concerns, as well as external supply chain consulting engagements.

Fee Structure

Hourly Consulting: Expectation of deliverables and timetable.

Contract Consulting: Specific projects with defined results and timetables.

Retained Consulting: Ongoing “on call” consultation as needs require
